This image is updated every minute but unless there's some volcanic activity going on, all one gets to see at night is a whole lot of black.

At dawn, however, it's interesting to see how Etna, located at the South-easternmost point of Italy, is illuminated by the sun while the Cervino, which is at Italy's Northwestern point, is still in darkness.
